1 General Provisions

betbet's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Cashback is based on net losses for the week — that is, cashback is paid at a set rate on the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6 Betting Rules

The general rules that apply when betting on betbet are described below. Separate rules may also apply depending on the specific type of game (cricket, football, casino, etc.).

6.1 Bet Placement Terms

• Sufficient balance must be available at the time of placing a bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Results and Payment

• Payment for winning bets will be credited to the account once the result is confirmed.
• betbet's separate policy will apply in the case of incomplete or abandoned events.
• betbet will determine whether a bet remains valid if a match is rescheduled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on betbet. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Misusing bonus benefits or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets.
• Betting from another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to interfere with betbet's systems or security.

8 Account Closure and Suspension
